General Information for all Refunds Refunds will be issued on returned, unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All refunds must be made with a valid receipt. Merchandise returned for refund must be in new, sellable condition to be eligible for a refund. Credit Card Refunds All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card on which the merchandise was purchased. In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, a store credit in the form of a Gift Card will be issued. Cash Refunds & Check Refunds All refunds for cash and checks (must have cleared) will be made in the form of a Gift Card. Member Charges Refunds on member charges will be made through the Administration Department and will be shown on the member?s next statement.
